Terms and Conditions
Who we are
Wondered is a trading name of J. Donovan, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. We are not VAT registered.
Our full business address is Room 73, Wrest House, Wrest Park, Silsoe, Bedford MK45 4HR.
Using this site (18+)
All models are over 18. Wondered sells to adults only.
You must be 18 years of age or older to buy from us. The site asks every visitor to confirm they are over 18, and at checkout you confirm that you are 18 or over before you can pay.
Ordering and when a contract is made
When you place an order we email you to say we have received it. That email is not our acceptance. The contract is formed when we email you to confirm that your order has been despatched.
We aim to despatch orders within 1 working day.
If an item you have paid for turns out to be unavailable, we will email you, and we will refund the price of that item to the card you paid with as soon as possible and within 14 days. The rest of your order is sent as normal. If nothing in your order can be sent, we refund the whole order, including delivery.
Prices and payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling. Because we are not VAT registered, no VAT is added to or shown in our prices; the price you see is the price you pay.
We accept Visa and Mastercard through our payment provider Nochex Ltd. You enter your card details on Nochex's secure form and they are sent straight to Nochex; we never see or store them.
The payment shows on your card statement as NCX WONDEREDCOM, taken through our payment provider, Nochex. It never lists what you bought.
Delivery
We deliver to the UK and internationally.
UK delivery is £4.99, and free on orders of £40 or more.
UK delivery usually takes 2 to 3 working days.
International delivery charges are shown at checkout: Europe £18.95, USA £32.15, rest of the world £31.45.
International delivery usually takes 3 to 10 working days to Europe, and 7 to 10 working days to the USA and the rest of the world.
The destination country may charge import duty, taxes or customs fees on arrival; these are set by that country and are paid by you, not included in our prices.
Some countries restrict adult products; you are responsible for checking what can be imported where you live.
For more details see our Delivery page.
Cancelling and returns
You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back.
We will refund the price of the goods and the standard delivery charge within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof of posting), to the card you paid with.
Our payment provider can only process a refund from 24 hours after the original payment, so a refund agreed on the day you paid is sent the following day.
If you change your mind, you pay the cost of returning the goods.
Hygiene exception: Sealed items that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons (adult toys, lubricants, condoms, care products and intimate lingerie such as briefs and bodysuits) cannot be returned once the seal or hygiene strip has been removed. Unopened and sealed items can be returned.
Email us before sending anything back and we will send you a returns label.
For the full returns procedure see our Returns page.
Faulty items
If an item is faulty, damaged or wrong, you may reject it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. We will pay the cost of returning the item.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Our liability
We do not exclude liability for death or injury arising from negligence, fraud or any matter that the law does not allow us to exclude.
Your privacy
How we use your personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.
