Returns and Refunds
Changed your mind
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to cancel it. After you tell us you wish to cancel, you have a further 14 days to send the items back to us.
You must pay the cost of returning the goods. We will refund the price of the goods and the standard delivery charge you paid, within 14 days of receiving the items back or receiving proof that you have posted them. The refund goes to the Visa or Mastercard you paid with.
What we cannot take back
Some items cannot be returned once their seal or hygiene strip has been removed. These are:
- Adult toys
- Lubricants
- Condoms
- Care products
- Briefs, bodies and other lingerie worn next to the skin, if the hygiene strip has been removed
If the item is still sealed and the hygiene strip is intact, you may return it under the normal 14‑day cancellation rules.
Faulty, damaged or wrong items
If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, you may reject it within 30 days of delivery. You will receive a full refund and we will pay the cost of returning the item to us.
After 30 days you are still entitled to a repair or replacement, or a refund if that is not possible, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. This does not affect your other statutory rights.
How to return
First, email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return.
We will reply with a returns label and how to use it. Please do not send anything back until we have replied.
Make sure the items are securely packaged and include a copy of your order confirmation.
Refunds
We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof of posting). The money will be returned to the original Visa or Mastercard used for the purchase.
Our payment provider can only process a refund from 24 hours after the original payment, so a refund agreed on the day you paid is sent the following day.
Note: If you are outside the United Kingdom and you change your mind, you must pay the return postage and any customs charges that may apply.
