What arrives, what the label says, what shows on your card statement and how returns work.

When you order something personal, it helps to know exactly what arrives, what appears on a card statement and how long it all takes. Here is how an order works at Wondered, step by step.

Your order in four moments

• At checkout: card details are entered on Nochex's secure payment form and are not stored by Wondered.
• Behind the scenes: our fulfilment partner packs and sends the order from its UK warehouse, within 1 working day.
• On the doorstep: a plain box, with nothing on the label to show what is inside or who it is from.
• On your statement: NCX WONDEREDCOM, with no list of what you bought.

What discreet means here

Discreet, at Wondered, is specific. It means a plain box, a label that does not show what is inside or who it is from, and a card statement that does not list what you bought. It does not mean anonymous: a card payment still shows a name on the statement, and that name is NCX WONDEREDCOM. We would rather say that plainly than leave you to find out.

Who packs it

Orders are packed and sent by our fulfilment partner from its UK warehouse. Every order goes out in a plain box, whatever is inside it.

Cost and timings

• Orders are sent within 1 working day.
• UK delivery takes 2 to 3 working days.
• UK delivery is £4.99, and free on orders of £40 or more.

A worked example: the Mina Whisper Rechargeable Bullet Vibrator at £21.99 and Sliquid Organics Natural Intimate Lubricant at £20.99 come to £42.98, so delivery on that order is free. What your card statement shows

The card statement shows NCX WONDEREDCOM and never lists what you bought. It names the shop, but it does not name a single item.

If you change your mind

You have 14 days to change your mind on sealed items. A few kinds of product cannot be returned once the seal or hygiene strip has been removed: toys, lubricants, condoms, care products and lingerie worn next to the skin. In practice, that means a sealed toy such as the Mina Whisper can go back within the 14 days, and an opened one cannot.

The same applies to a lubricant, to a pack of condoms such as Mates Skyn Original, to a care product such as Loving Joy Cleanse and to lingerie worn next to the skin, once the hygiene strip is off. Read a product's page before you open it, and keep the seal in place if you are still deciding.

If an item is faulty, it can be rejected within 30 days. The returns page has the full wording.

Why opened items cannot go back

The returns rule turns on the seal or hygiene strip. While it is in place, you have the 14 days. Once it is removed, the item cannot be returned, although a faulty item can still be rejected within 30 days. That is why it is worth reading a product's page, with its Material, Size and fit and In the box lines, before you open anything.

Before you order

A few practical things deserve a moment's thought, and they are yours to weigh. Delivery takes 2 to 3 working days once an order has been sent, so you can plan around when you are likely to be at the address. If more than one person looks at the card statement, the name to expect is NCX WONDEREDCOM.

Ordering for someone else
